24-hour service

On-Site Field Service

Rewinds, repairs, balancing and vibration analysis carried out at your plant. On-site repairs have been part of the job here since 1964.

The service truck answers the same phone as the counter.

You can contact us 24/7 for any emergency requirement, and get 24-hour service either at our shop or at your job site. Dynamic balancing and vibration analysis are done in our facility or at your job site, using our own balancing equipment so every rotating element is checked before the unit is closed back up, wherever it happens to be sitting. We run crane and hoist service on site, and our service truck and gooseneck trailer handle pickup and delivery when a motor needs to come to us instead.

What a job-site call looks like

One of our reviews describes it plainly: a plant needed an emergency job finished overnight to keep their line running, and we offered to visit the site and handle the pick up and retrieval ourselves rather than making them arrange transport. That is the standard call, not the exception. Field work covers on-site rewinds and repairs, crane and hoist service, and balancing or vibration checks run right at the plant, on a 24-hour basis when a line is down.

On site, the range does not narrow.

We work fractional horsepower motors and 1000 HP stators alike at our own bench, and the same range travels with the truck. A sump pump motor and a large synchronous motor with slip rings and brush rigging get the same call, the same crew and the same 24-hour availability, whether the job is at 2215 SW 11th St or on your plant floor.

Sell, service and support for all types and sizes of electric motors, generators, controls and related driven equipment stays on the truck too, alongside fan repair and laser alignment, so a field visit rarely needs a second trip.

For a line that is down now, call (405) 235-9638.
