From a seal swap to a machined shaft
We offer quality repairs and services for most types of pumps, and the work covers a wide range: simple seal and bearing replacement at one end, extensive shaft machining at the other, with wear ring and impeller repairs in between. A pump that is losing pressure or running loud is often down to wear in one of those areas, and because we run our own machine shop, a worn shaft does not have to be sent out to a separate vendor while the pump sits idle.
Submersible, sump, and VFD-driven pumps
Our mechanics specialize in repairing submersible and sump pumps, which see harder duty and harder access than a pump mounted in the open. We also handle application, installation, and start-up of variable frequency drives on any pump application, so a pump that needs speed control as well as a mechanical repair can get both from the same shop.

What wear ring and impeller repair actually fixes
A pump that has lost flow or pressure has usually opened up its internal clearances somewhere, most often at the wear ring or the impeller itself. Replacing or machining those parts back to a proper fit is what brings the pump's output back, rather than just swapping a seal and sending it back out to fail again the same way. On a submersible or sump unit, that work happens alongside pulling and reinstalling a pump that was never designed to be serviced somewhere convenient in the first place.
Where a pump application calls for variable speed rather than a fixed one, we handle the drive side too: sizing, installing, and starting up the VFD so the pump and its control are commissioned together.
